Circuit Training

 

Todays exercise we are doing a Circuit. The circuit involves three exercises: for the first exercise we are doing the latter step up, the second is the bench hop-over and the last but not least is the bose toe taps.  you want to aim to do about  30 seconds for each exercise to the three stets to start.

these exercises are a great way to improve your condition as well as agility. you want to focus on being quick and light on your feet when you doing these exercises.
