Dying Bugs

 

This exercises is called the dying bug.

Using a ball as a frame of reference to where we want to put our legs and our hands. The main thing is is to continue to keep a posterior pelvic tilt within good strong t a contraction in versus the abdominis contraction.

Use the ball to help keep you centered and bring both legs up in a 90° and 90° position. holding the ball with our knees and hands. At this point you alternate with your feet and hands.

There will be a point in time that if you go to low your back will start to arch that is your point to stop.
