Scapular Stability Exercises 

  1. In the first part of the video we are doing Shoulder Circles in Scaption Plane.

    For this exercise you want to make sure that you are actually moving your shoulder and not just your wrist and keeping your shoulder blades nice and squeezed throughout the whole motion.

  2. Second part of the video we do shoulder circles in abduction plane

    Again you want to make sure that the shoulder blades are nice and squeeze and engaged throughout the entire exercise and making sure that you are moving your shoulder and not just rolling with your wrist
  3. Finally we had our Scatt blocks. Here you see me holding his stomach making sure that he’s not arching his back. The main goal of this exercises is that you want to squeeze your shoulder blades as you’re engaging the exercise. Start at a one o’clock position then go to a 3 o’clock then to a 5 o’clock position.
