Philosophy:

I always believed in the power of exercise and physical activity as a better alternative to prescribed medication for any pain/sickness that a person might be dealing with. Often times when we watch commericials on tv that advertise a pill to help with pain, but then quickly speed through a laundry list of potential adverse side effects. I want to show people that with proper exercise and a general non-sedentary lifestyle can be much more beneficial to them without the complication of any side effects, the only side effects for exercise is being a little sore here and there and sweat! Movement is medicine and our bodies were not meant to be sitting around watching tv/smart devices all the time!
